Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide, but we’re currently unable to ship to Russia.

What are my shipping options?

We offer free and fast worldwide shipping on all orders over $100.
For orders under $100 - the shipping cost is approximately $20. Please note that this price may vary due to fluctuations in exchange rates.

All orders are ship via express shipping by DHL.

When will my order ship?

We usually ship orders within 1-2 business day, but we may need up to 5 business days to prep and ship your order during very busy periods or sale events.

We’ll keep you in the loop, but if it's been more than 5 business days or you’d like to confirm the status of your order - drop us an email.

How do I track my order?

We’ll email your tracking details within 2-5 days after placing your order. If you don’t receive any tracking info, you know what to do – get in touch.

Orders & Returns

Returns – how does that work?

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and free from any defects.

Who is responsible for return shipping costs?

The customer is responsible for return shipping expenses. As a small company, we regretfully cannot absorb these costs nor provide complimentary return labels.

How can I initiate a return for the goods?

Please ensure that you send your return or exchange with insurance. This is crucial to guarantee and provide evidence of delivery to the shipping service provider in case of any loss during transit. Failure to do so may hinder my ability to issue a refund.

How does the exchange process work?

If you wish to exchange your product for another item, please ensure it is returned to me with insurance at your own expense. Upon receipt of the goods, I will promptly dispatch the desired product to you. Please note, you will also be responsible for covering the shipping costs for the exchanged item.

What should I do if my product has defects?

If you discover any defects upon receiving the goods, please reach out to me directly. In such instances, you are welcome to return the product free of charge.

When can I expect my refund?

Once I've received and inspected the return, your refund will promptly be issued to the original payment method.

How should I care for my bag?

Our products are crafted from pre-washed fabrics. If your bag requires cleaning over time, we recommend dry cleaning for best results.
